As a key player in ensuring regulatory compliance, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our organization's employees from legal and reputational risks.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate business compliance concerns and provide actionable advice on compliance-related matters.
- Act as the primary contact for all issues relating to corporate policies & standards, internal procedures, and guidance on business topics that minimize our organization's risks.
- Support the Americas Regional Compliance Officer in mitigating regional risk areas in Brazil, including antitrust/competition, corruption, embezzlement, money laundering, theft, and fraud.
- Contribute to the establishment and continuous improvement of compliance programs, processes, and/or manuals designed to enhance a culture of compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Deliver training in core compliance areas to management to help identify risks and prevent compliance failures.
**Required Profile:**
- Business experience
- Experience in multinational companies or international professional firms with deep knowledge and experience in antitrust, anti-corruption, and/or fraud
- Strong communication skills, strategic mindset, with a proactive, structured, and independent way of working
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and drive cross-functional initiatives
- High level of commitment, confidence, and strong team skills
- Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Business English
