Senior SAP ABAP Developer Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SAP S4HANA ABAP developments, including implementation and support projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building standard solutions for S4HANA Private Cloud Edition using the SAP Restful Application Programming (RAP) model, following the SAP clean core methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop SAP Core Data Services (CDS), OData V2 & V4 Services for S4HANA ABAP use cases.
  • Implement S4HANA Extensibility framework using Key User Extensibility, Developer Extensibility & Side-By-Side Extensibility.
  • Develop strong work experience in implementing S4HANA reports, interfaces, and enhancement frameworks.
  • Work with Flexible Workflows and classical workflows, Adobe Forms, BRF+ to handle system requirements.
  • Experience in SAP Low code / No Code solutions using SAP BTP Build, Build Process Automation, and SAP Build Workzone.
  • Strong experience in working with SAP Cloud APIs, BADIs, BOs to integrate and enhance S4HANA applications in Clean Core methodology.
  • Expertise in SAP ATC tools and guidelines to implement best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in SAP S4HANA ABAP developments.
  • Strong knowledge of GitHub, DevOps, CI/CD Pipeline, SAP Cloud ALM & SAP BTP solution best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
