About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Professional to join our Brazil operation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce business management, with experience in building innovative, secure, and intuitive e-commerce ecosystems for brands and merchants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design onboarding, activation, and incentive programs to drive TSP growth;
  • Solve key challenges in business growth through strong collaboration with cross-function teams;
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to build synergies and alignment on key initiatives and programs;
  • Provide marketing guidance and operational support to partners and internal stakeholders to promote and grow TikTok solutions globally.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in e-commerce business management, with a mix of experience in marketplace platform side, commerce partner side, and merchant side;
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce ecosystem partnership;
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills;
  • A good team player, fast learner, and open to changes;
  • Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical problem-solving skills;
  • Familiarity with TikTok and other content platforms, experience in content-based e-commerce a plus.
