About the Opportunity
We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our global multi-year transformation initiative, standardizing processes and documenting them to achieve consistent, cost-effective, and technology-driven operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, define, and document current standard operating procedures to ensure seamless process execution.
- Develop and implement document management policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Review and refine documentation for accuracy and completeness to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements for document classification, filing, and storage.
- Support large-scale change management initiatives to align standard processes and best practices.
- Monitor document usage, access, and retention to ensure regulatory compliance and optimize process efficiency.
- Establish standard documentation templates, formats, and styles in collaboration with internal teams.
- Maintain and update a centralized document database or library for easy retrieval and accessibility.
- Facilitate process mapping sessions and workshops with clients and stakeholders to drive process improvements.
- Communicate the benefits of process improvements to stakeholders and clients to ensure buy-in and adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, information management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in process documentation, mapping, and change management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborative work across the organization.
- Familiarity with document management software and best practices.
- Experience applying Lean Six Sigma principles to process improvement and change management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively with others.
- Fluency in English is required.
