We are looking for a highly motivated and fashion-conscious person to boost our ECI in Vitoria as Sales Consultant (f/m/d) Part Time (28h, illness replacement).

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

Offer expert individual advice to our international clientele, adopting a customer-centric approach
- Engage new customers for our customer retention program and attract them with our latest promotion and boutique campaigns
- Manage merchandise effectively
- Create an exceptional and customized customer experience through storytelling and powerful questions
- Process information via MS Office

**Your Profile**:

2-4 years of relevant retail experience
- Strong fashion sense and ability to interpret trends
- Understanding of retail KPIs
- Strong sales skills
- Willing to work flexibly
- Reliable, even in stressful situations
- Proactive and independent attitude with a well-developed sense of responsibility
- Fluent in English is mandatory. Any other language is a plus
