We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at OneSubsea. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, and will play a key role in maintaining our high standards of quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Quality Program Development: Assist in defining and developing quality program status indicators and performance measurements to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Trend Analysis: Provide trend analysis on quality issues and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize quality processes.
- Audit and Inspection: Conduct audit processes internally and at suppliers, including planning, preparation, execution, reporting results, and remedial work plans to ensure compliance with quality management systems.
- Quality Control Planning: Develop and implement internal Quality Control Plans (QCP) including customer- and project-specific QCPs to ensure quality requirements are met.
- QC Requirements and QA Tasks: Ensure QC requirements and QA tasks are completed before tool or product is shipped to meet customer expectations.
- Procedure Development: Develop, implement, and maintain procedures for inspections and testing in compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Quality Improvement: Contribute to Quality Improvement Plans internally and with suppliers to identify areas for improvement and optimize quality processes.
- Product Non-Conformance: Investigate and address product non-conformances, working with relevant subject matter experts as needed to ensure quality requirements are met.
- Data Analysis: Acquire and analyze data across a spectrum of business environments to facilitate process analysis and improvements.
- Statistical Quality Tools: Utilize statistical quality tools and techniques to lower total quality costs and optimize quality processes.
- Deviation and Non-Conformance Processes: Coordinate deviation and non-conformance processes and ensure corrective and preventive actions address fundamental causes.
- Product Quality Incident Reports: Create and classify Product Quality (PQ) incident reports and lead and coordinate PQ investigations.
- QMS Training: Provide QMS training and ensure appropriate competency levels are maintained.
- Mentorship: Mentor Inspectors and Documentation Specialists to ensure quality requirements are met.
- Industry Knowledge: Continuously improve knowledge of customer expectations, supplier relations, risk management and improvement, industry standards, business systems, and planning and quality tools.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance to internal and external management systems.
- Education: Bachelor degree complete in Engineering (active CREA).
- Quality Management System Background: Quality Management System Background, API-Q1 and API-Q2 experience (mandatory), experience in Customer, Internal and External Audits (Planning, Execution, Support).
- Quality Tools: Experience in Root Cause Analysis and Quality Tools (A4, 8D, MASP, 5why's, Ishikawa).
- Language: Intermediate/advanced English.
