JOB OVERVIEW

GEES S/A is a prominent organization operating in Maranhão and Piauí, boasting over four decades of expertise in various sectors including agriculture, logistics, and trading. We invite you to be part of our dedicated team as a Facility Maintenance Specialist.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct thorough cleaning and upkeep of both internal and external company facilities, including waste collection and disposal, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces such as floors, windows, furniture, and restrooms;
• Maintain a tidy and organized environment by effectively managing waste disposal;
• Utilize cleaning tools, products, and materials correctly, adhering to specified guidelines for each item;
• Ensure that workspaces, tools, and equipment are kept clean and orderly;
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and internal company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Completion of elementary education;
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively;
• Relevant knowledge and experience in maintenance and cleaning;
• Willingness to work on a biweekly schedule.
