This Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of our marketing and design department, you will be responsible for developing compelling brand strategies and visual content that align with our company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Design and create high-quality visual content, including marketing materials, advertisements, and social media posts, that effectively communicate our brand message.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure visual representation aligns with overall campaign objectives.
  • Lead creative direction for marketing initiatives and ensure consistency across channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve design strategies.
  • Supervise partner agencies and freelancers to ensure high-quality work and meet deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in design or related field.
  • Advanced English language skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in financial services or a related industry is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of HTML and video creation/editing is a plus.
