End-of-Life Care Specialist

About the Role:
  • Provide individualized support and care to patients with diverse needs, emphasizing dignity and independence.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care, including personal hygiene and daily living tasks under their guidance.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment by performing light housekeeping duties, such as emptying trash and changing linens.
  • Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and mobility support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Six months of patient care experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology settings preferred.
  • Demonstrate adaptability, composure, and empathy when supporting patients and their families during challenging times.
  • A valid driver's license and automobile insurance are required.
  • Current CPR certification is essential.
