Digital Marketing Leader for Global Growth

Job DescriptionWe're looking for a talented Digital Marketing Leader to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering engineering and digital marketing capabilities and products that will drive business growth for our IPC Segment. You'll own all aspects of Marketing/Consumer facing data & technology for the IPC segment, including:
- Leading the development and execution of CX and Marketing Tech Strategy in support of IPC Segment
- Accountable for web, eCommerce, mobile app, and other digital experience product delivery, technical operations, and marketing operations
- Developing SBP and Technology investment plans and activation for IPC Segment, including budgeting, forecasting, business case development and realization
- Business Enablement: Partner with other business units, regions, and business stakeholders to maximize globalization, scalability and overall TCO

Requirements- 10+ years demonstrable strategic impact and technology delivery in digital marketing technology and operations within an innovative and highly agile customer environment; Experience working in CPG industry
- Exceptional ability to build cross-functional relationships with Senior Leaders and diverse teams including the business stakeholders and internal DTS organization
- Hands-on experience driving definition and enablement of business capability and technology strategies and roadmaps
- At least 3 years of experience leading projects using Agile Methodologies; Relevant finance/P&L understanding
We offer a competitive salary range of $125,000 - $175,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
