• Effective communication with external partners and internal stakeholders, including carriers, vendors/suppliers, retail teams, and finance departments
• Providing real-time customer experience in a 24/7 operating environment, leveraging performance metrics to drive business results
• Elevating problems or variances in information and data to relevant owners and teams, ensuring prompt resolutions
• Developing key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize logistics processes
• Excellent presentation skills, creating narratives outlining weekly findings and presenting them in review forums

The Transportation Specialist serves as a vital link between our fulfillment centers and carrier hubs, directly impacting our ability to serve customers on time.

This position involves collaborating across two core areas: Inbound Operations and Outbound Operations. Inbound focuses on vendor/carrier relationships, ensuring timely pick-up and delivery, while Outbound handles carrier/carrier hub relationships, guaranteeing truck departure from fulfillment centers to deliver customer orders as promised.

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, engineering, or statistics
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and logistics, with prior experience an advantage
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
