Job Description:
As a Regional Director of Sales and Growth, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the LATAM Region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading sales teams and developing strategies that drive revenue growth. They will also possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team to achieve ambitious sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve agreed objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand into new markets

Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in sales leadership roles
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and revenue targets
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization
