The primary objective of this position is to manage client relationships and provide exceptional support services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong connections with existing clients through consistent communication and relationship-building strategies.
- Product Knowledge and Communication: Stay up-to-date with company products and services, educating users on complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing client base, develop growth strategies, and achieve revenue targets.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve any problems or disputes with clients by working closely with internal teams to find suitable solutions.
- Documentation and Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills - written and verbal.
- Be detail-oriented and process-driven.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Possesses excellent personal and customer service abilities.
- Ability to multitask efficiently.
- Has worked with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Can work with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A degree/diploma in business/marketing/communications, or related discipline.
- Interest in technology and entrepreneurship.
- Experience in a customer-facing sales and/or support role, particularly experience working via phone, email, and chat.
