As a key member of our IQVIA team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of site activation, maintenance, and regulatory activities for selected studies or multi-protocol programs. Your expertise will be crucial in overseeing the scope of work and resources, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute site activation strategies for assigned projects, aligning with the agreed-upon RSU site activation strategy and project timelines.
  • Collaborate with clients, project team members, and local regulatory specialists to ensure seamless site activation, addressing risks and opportunities proactively.
  • Mentor and coach colleagues to ensure accurate completion and maintenance of internal systems, client systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans.
  • Lead projects and multi-cultural teams, leveraging strong leadership competencies to drive results and meet quality and timeline metrics.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in project ownership, controlling delivery on time and within scope.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and challenge decisions.
  • Demonstrable ability to work through others to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics on complex projects.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and sponsors.
