Manufacturing Specialist

We are seeking skilled electro-mechanical assemblers to join our organization in the manufacture of life-safety equipment for commercial buildings and public spaces.
The produced inverters supply power to existing light fixtures during emergencies, ensuring safe exit from structures.
Main Responsibilities:- Reads and interprets work orders, follows example assemblies, and assembles parts/units according to instructions.
- Positions and aligns parts in specified relationships using fixtures or holding devices.
- Crimps, stakes, screws, bolts, rivets, solders, or performs similar operations to join or secure parts in place.
- Mounts assembled components on chassis panels and connects component lead wires to printed circuits or routes and connects wires between individual component leads and other components.
- Installs finished assemblies or subassemblies in cases and cabinets.
- Assembles and attaches hardware, such as caps, clamps, knobs, and switches, to assemblies.
- Performs intermediate assembly tasks as required.
- Adjusts or trims materials from components to achieve specified electrical or dimensional characteristics.
- A high school diploma or equivalent general education degree; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to use various hand tools.
The work environment is loud, with occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts and risk of electrical shock.
