**Job Opportunity**: We are seeking an experienced Application Consultant to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires strong technical and professional expertise in ServiceNow CMDB/CIs as a CMDB Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build an in-depth understanding of business issues and implement organizational strategies that drive adoption of change.
  • Work with clients to build credibility and trust, and provide knowledge that addresses individual and unique business needs.
  • Collaborate with the development team to translate customer requirements into stories and acceptance criteria.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

Technical Expertise
  • Solid ServiceNow experience in the areas of ServiceNow CMDB/CIs as a CMDB Business Analyst.
  • Strong people and client management experience in a consultative environment.
  • Experience with Agile methods such as Scrum and SAFe.
  • Strong experience as CMDB Business Analysts.

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**

Desirable Technical Expertise
  • ServiceNow implementor certifications is desired.
  • ServiceNow Administrator certification is desired.
  • CMDB Product Owner experience and certification is strongly desired.
