With an increasing number of customers and growing complexity in financial processes, we require a driven individual to lead the way in enhancing our financial reporting capabilities.
Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with Brazilian tax laws, accounting standards, and audit requirements.
- Lead local audit, working closely with internal teams and external auditors.
- Support tax regime optimization, including potential transition to Lucro Real and transfer pricing considerations.
- Own financial reporting and regulatory submissions for Brazil, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Implement and optimize finance systems and integrations.
- Collaborate with global finance and executive teams to support decision-making and reporting.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks while supporting long-term scalability in the region.
- Experience in finance, accounting, or audit — ideally starting in a Big 4 firm.
- Strong command of Brazilian tax legislation, compliance, and Lucro Real regime.
- Previous experience in high-growth or entrepreneurial environments.
- Hands-on experience improving financial processes and systems.
- Advanced proficiency with accounting/ERP platforms.
- Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English.
