This role involves close collaboration with the People and Culture Manager and hiring managers to understand their needs, create job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach and interviews to offer negotiation, and proactively sourcing and identifying top technical talent through various channels.
Your tasks will include:
- Source and screen candidates, prepare them for interviews, and ensure they meet technical and cultural fit criteria
- Manage the ATS (Attraction Tracking System) Trakstar
- Lead cultural fit and use cases with candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Discuss industry trends and recruitment standards with stakeholders
- Contribute to Employer Branding strategies
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Advanced English language skills
- Previous experience with a complete recruitment cycle
- Experience with tech positions
- Ability to qualify candidates and connect them with suitable opportunities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must live in Brazil, have a Brazilian bank account, be legally allowed to provide services to a Brazilian entity, and be willing to receive payment in Brazilian local currency
- Previous experience with Attraction Tracking Systems (Trakstar, Kenoby, Workable, or others)
