Role Summary
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Financial Coordinator to support the growth of our regional businesses.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide financial leadership and strategic direction to the franchise finance leads supporting key businesses in the region.
- Evaluate new product launches and ensure they meet profitability targets.
- Partner with key leaders to pursue opportunities to improve profitability.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Data Sciences or Analytics.
- Minimum 5 years of finance experience.
- Excellent business and finance acumen.
- Strong framing and storytelling skills.
- Critical experiences in financial planning and analytics.
This is a dynamic role that requires strong connection and collaboration with global franchises to ensure strategies and financial targets are cascaded down to the region. The successful candidate will report to the Business Unit Controller - Sr. Finance Manager and work closely with the Franchise and Cluster Leadership to integrate acquisitions, accelerate innovation and pursue new business models.
The ideal candidate will be a flexible and dynamic professional with excellent business acumen, who can build strong relationships with peers and senior-level stakeholders.
