CNC Machinist Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for operating CNC machines, programming, and performing productive maintenance on CNC turning machines, ensuring efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain information about daily activity programs and demands from the previous shift.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Verify machine fluid levels for proper operation, including refrigerant, hydraulic oil, and lubrication levels.
  • Load and unload materials onto the CNC machine.
  • Perform milling and monitoring operations on parts.
  • Replace cutting tools as needed.
  • Maintain accurate production records in the production control software.
  • Transport finished parts to the inspection area.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of CNC programming and operation.
  • Ability to work 3rd shift (22h25 - 05h20).

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
