Job Overview
We are seeking an IT Risk & Audit professional to work with us on a full-time hybrid basis. The Business Risk and Audit function (BR&AF) provides assurance and recommendations to the Executive Board and the Audit Committee on risk management, control, and governance practices.
The global function consists of team members operating through hubs spread over 4 continents. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree in IT, business, or economics, and a qualification as an IT auditor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and assist internal audit projects and internal control evaluations related to 'digital' processes.
- Coordinate, execute, and report on the outcomes of risk management, internal control, and internal audit in close collaboration with other involved functions within the group.
- Collaborate, reach out, ensure the business aligns, improve, execute, and promote systems and work processes that support the business in achieving its goals and complying with internal and external standards and regulatory requirements.

- Strong analytical skills.
- Able to collect and analyze data to solve problems, make decisions, and advise within your professional boundaries.
