Job Title: Validation Engineer

We're looking for a skilled validation engineer to help us shape tomorrow's technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assure Quality and Reliability of new systems and products by taking integral ownership of systems/product quality and the management of the process in development projects through APQP/DFSS methodology.
  • Understand and verify Customer and Business requirements and assist project team to derive CTQs (higher and lower levels) and monitor, test and verify the same in the project.
  • Ensure the right coverage of the test strategy including quality control (safety, performance, reliability); Contribute to the test plan, especially system based multi-constraints and Accelerated Life tests needed to ensure robustness.
  • Evaluate risks during the project through FMEA tool. Formulate a 'GO-NOGO' opinion and propose corrective action plans.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree completed in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related).
  • Experience in either R&D, Test Engineering or Design Quality (one of them).
  • Preferable Green Belt certified (or willing to get certified in first year) - desirable.
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills.
  • Customer centric; focus on customer first.
