Marketing Department Position

We are seeking a professional to join our marketing team, focusing on administrative tasks and supporting marketing initiatives.
This person will be responsible for project support, event organization, and liaison with external partners and agencies.
Responsibilities:- Perform various administrative tasks for the department (purchase requests, invoice entries, supplier registration);
- Support the planning and execution of events, fairs, and sales activities;
- Assist in creating promotional materials and product bonuses;
- Support marketing and endomarketing campaigns;
- Assist in managing relationships with external agencies and partners;
- Help develop and organize marketing projects;
- Generate insights through data analysis and market research;
- Contribute to process improvement within the team.
- Ongoing higher education in Administration, Marketing, or related fields (preferred);
- Experience with administrative routines (preferred);
- Knowledge of SAP system (preferred);
- Intermediate Excel skills;
- Ease with numbers and data.
Besides these requirements, we also value organization, focus on results, proactivity, and good communication. The ability to work in a team is essential for this role.
