We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide top-notch clinical care to clients with substance use and mental health disorders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing treatment plans, implementing group therapy sessions, and documenting all treatment activities.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions for adults with substance use and mental health disorders.
- Create and implement client treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Assist with intake, admissions, referrals, discharge, and admission of clients in a timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain accurate client bio-psychosocial evaluations and case notes.
- Bachelor's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or psychology is required; Master's degree is preferred.
- Licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LMHC) in Pennsylvania or willingness to obtain it within the specified timeframe.
- A minimum of one year experience in a behavioral healthcare setting is essential.
This is a full-time position that offers a collaborative environment dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.
