This role is focused on ensuring the reliability, scalability, maintainability, and high availability of application platforms.
- Delivers local and global application services to the business within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Contributes to the delivery and implementation of operational projects to support the business.
- Maintains performance, scalability, capacity, security, supportability, and maintainability for all supported applications and systems.
Fully adheres to global service management processes, including incident, problem, change, and release management, to ensure adherence to global process standards.
About This RoleThe ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and excellent communication skills. Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot issues quickly.
- Strong understanding of application platforms and their underlying technology stacks.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
