Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team responsible for key areas: Solution Architecture, IT Engineering, Data Governance, Data Analytics, Data Science, Data Culture, and Data Platform;
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals;
- Ensure that architectural solutions meet business requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing systems;
- Promote a DevSecOps culture, integrating security practices into the software development lifecycle;
- Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data governance standards and best practices;
- Lead the data analytics and data science teams to derive actionable insights from data;
- Implement advanced analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence solutions to support business decision-making;
- Promote a data-driven culture across the organization, encouraging data literacy and the use of data in decision-making;
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the data platform, ensuring it supports data integration, storage, and analysis needs;
- Ensure the data platform is scalable, reliable, and secure;
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field;
- 10 years of experience in IT and data management roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position;
- Proven experience in solution architecture, IT engineering, DevSecOps, data governance, data analytics, data science, and data platform management;
- Two days of remote work per week;
- Short Friday every Friday;
