Highly Skilled IT Infrastructure Monitoring Technologies Specialist.

Job Description:

We are seeking an expert in leading and developing a team of NOC Engineers across the globe. The successful candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, technical expertise in IT infrastructure monitoring technologies, and strong leadership abilities to oversee daily operations, analyse incoming tickets, ensure service levels are met, and promote excellent customer service.

They will work closely with other support teams to provide expert insights into trending support issues and ensure quality of service guidelines are enforced.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Expertise: Excellent understanding of ITIL methodology and best practices, proficiency with ITSM and Contact Center solutions, and knowledge of system and network infrastructures event monitoring technologies.

Education: Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Certifications: Technical certifications such as MCSE or RHCE.

Experience: Experience in people management in a large or multi-site inbound contact centre.

Key Qualities: Excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong problem-solving skills.
