About the Role

As a Senior React Native Software Engineer, your primary responsibility will be designing and developing applications using React Native.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting component design, development, and maintenance within the project team, adhering to personal technical quality standards.
  2. Assisting in defining structured practices, particularly in source code management, building, and deployment.
  3. Designing and implementing data fetching and persistence solutions.
  4. Optimizing performance in applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  5. Receiving feedback from users and clients, and creating solutions tailored to their needs.
  6. Assisting with the analysis of client requirements.
  7. Collaborating with Technical Leaders in project execution and timely delivery.
  8. Working closely with client teams.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with:

  1. Significant experience in React Native development, with a proven track record of shipping production applications.
  2. Expert knowledge of React Native architecture, navigation patterns, and performance optimization techniques.
  3. Proficiency in platform-specific implementations (iOS/Android) and native module integration.
  4. Experience with state management solutions (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Context API, or similar).
  5. Strong understanding of mobile app lifecycle, memory management, and performance best practices.
  6. Knowledge of mobile-specific UI/UX patterns and responsive design principles.
  7. Experience integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints.
  8. Knowledge of offline data synchronization and caching strategies.
  9. Understanding of accessibility standards and internationalization.
  10. Practical experience of delivering in an agile environment.
  11. Deep understanding of version control tools - Git in particular.
  12. Excellent analytical and multitasking skills.
  13. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  14. Empathy and people skills.
