Warehouse Operations Specialist

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Check materials as specified in the documentation.
  • Maintain stock control through cycle counting.
  • Load finished products to be dispatched to the logistics operator.
  • Post invoices in JDE, checking the purchase order along with the physical being delivered and the certificate of analysis.
  • Store materials in the quarantine area.
  • Write off materials that leave stock due to production order or requisition.
  • Enter items returned from the factory to stock (returns) into the warehouse.
  • Receive materials in general by checking the invoice, certificate of analysis, and purchase order through the system.
  • Identify materials received and stored in the quarantine area for subsequent analysis and approval by the Quality area.
  • Store products correctly and safely, keeping the warehouse always organized.
  • Check and separate the materials requested through the OPs, forwarding them to Production.
  • Check the finished product with the invoice and load the goods and send them to the logistics operator.
  • Transfer OPs physically and in the JDE system to production.
  • Report information arising from team activities to the person responsible for the area (problems or suggestions).
  • Operate forklifts following safety standards and procedures.

Your Profile:

Complete High School. Previous experience in warehouse operations and completing documentation is desirable. Knowledge of Forklift Operation. Differential Knowledge in Good Manufacturing and Storage Practices.
