Financial Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant to provide critical financial support to our Management team.

This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who can manage and maintain accurate records, prepare financial reports, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monthly management account reporting and analysis
  • Annual budgeting and forecasting
  • Bank reconciliation and cash flow management
  • Liaising with banks and other stakeholders
  • Quarterly VAT returns and sales performance reporting
  • Accruals and prepayments scheduling
  • Fixed asset schedule maintenance
  • Balance sheet reconciliations and audit preparation
  • Supplier invoice posting and reconciliation
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in internal accounting (minimum 2 years)
  • Degree in Accounting or currently studying towards ACCA qualification
  • Strong organizational skills, analytical abilities, and multitasking capability
  • Fluent English speaker; Maltese considered an asset
