KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

On a typical day, you can expect to:

  • Participate in Agile Practices: Begin each day with a scrum meeting, collaborating with your team to clarify responsibilities, identify challenges, and prioritize coding tasks while selecting user stories for completion. You will also engage in other Agile ceremonies, including scheduled sprint demonstrations, where you will showcase your work to numerous stakeholders.
  • Engage in Development: Adhere to timelines and coding standards while working in sprints. The majority of your daily activities will involve software development, alongside testing your code prior to submission for quality assurance. This role encompasses not only development but also testing and deployment responsibilities.
  • Commit to Continuous Learning: Attend collaborative sessions with fellow developers to exchange ideas and share knowledge. A strong desire to learn will enable you to keep pace with evolving technologies and maintain the ability to create optimal tools for our clients.
  • Provide Support: You will be responsible for products currently in use, acting as a point of contact for urgent client issues one day per week. You will start your day with regular tasks but may need to transition to a support role as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Extensive experience with back-end technologies such as Java and Spring Boot;
  • Proficient in front-end technologies including React, as well as Restful APIs and web services;
  • Familiarity with Oracle databases;
  • Advanced proficiency in English;
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
