Software Engineering Role Overview

The ideal candidate for this role is an adaptable and skilled Software Engineer who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance AI-driven coding solutions.

  • Evaluate and refine code, ensuring it adheres to industry standards for efficiency, scalability, and reliability.

Candidates should possess strong logical reasoning skills, be detail-oriented, and have advanced proficiency in English both verbally and in writing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curate high-quality code examples, provide precise solutions, and meticulous corrections in Python, JavaScript (including ReactJS), C/C++, and Java.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in software development or public proof of work, such as open-source contributions on GitHub.
  • Strong experience in either Python or JavaScript, with a solid foundation in software development practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Evidence of meaningful contributions to open source projects or high reputation on platforms like Stack Overflow or performance in programming competitions.

Additional Requirements:

  • Demonstrate adaptability by learning new skills and unlearning outdated ones, thriving in dynamic environments.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay may range from $55/hour - $65/hour, based on case-by-case evaluation. Full-time roles may include medical benefits depending on the country of residence. Part-time roles do not offer benefits.
