Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned software engineer to lead our team's efforts in designing, developing and deploying cutting-edge software solutions.

  • You will work closely with your team to oversee the development of high-quality software applications using Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, Angular, and React.
  • You will be responsible for mentoring junior developers and guiding them through complex coding tasks, helping them grow into skilled engineers.

This is a key position that requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Agile Development: You will work collaboratively with your team to break down complex tasks into manageable components, prioritize user stories, and ensure timely delivery.

  • Product Development: You will utilize your technical expertise to guide the development process, ensuring that products meet the required quality standards, and are delivered on time.
  • Influence and Inspire Confidence: You will present project status updates to stakeholders, providing clear insights into progress, challenges, and future plans.
Requirements
  • 8-12 years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Java development, microservices, and cloud implementation.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading projects, managing teams, and delivering high-quality software applications.
  • Familiarity with DevOps processes, including Docker, Jenkins, Ansible, Jira, CI tools like Jenkins, and version control systems such as GIT.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in English.
  • Able to produce high-quality documentation and deliver presentations to senior leaders, product owners, and peers.
