About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Application Developer to join our team and lead IBM into the future. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for translating system requirements into customized systems in an agile environment.
Main Responsibilities- Analyze and validate existing issues with support from the architect and technical leader.
- Engage in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation and create solutions that meet business needs.
- Experience with Code Review, Peer, and Pair Programming.
- Expertise in Pipelines, Jenkins, AWS Deployments, Git Deployments, and Gitflow.
- Familiarity with Build Processes and Automation Tools.
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration (CI) and Delivery (CD) techniques.
- Desirable: Experience with mentorship, Dojos, Hackathons, and related activities.
