Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement organizational change management strategies to drive positive changes in processes and protocols.
- Plan, execute, and monitor the implementation of new systems, ensuring a seamless transition for employees at all levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to bridge gaps in existing systems.
- Design and deliver training plans to ensure a smooth transition into new strategies and protocols.
- Track progress and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives to senior business leaders and stakeholders.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field of study.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2-C1).
