Job Title:

Logistics IT Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Functional Responsibilities:
    • Analyze business requirements for transportation and logistics services
    • Configure modules to meet business needs: order management, planning, execution, freight payment, and carrier management
    • Design and optimize transportation workflows and processes
    • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and UAT with stakeholders
  • Technical Responsibilities:
    • Customize OTM using APIs, XML, XSLT, and integration frameworks
    • Develop reports and dashboards using BI Publisher or analytics tools
    • Integrate OTM with ERP systems and external carrier systems
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments
  • Project & Support:
    • Lead or support implementation and upgrade projects
    • Document configurations, test cases, and deployment plans
    • Provide L2/L3 support and manage change requests
Requirements:
