As a Customer Success Engineer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the application performance and availability of our services, working closely with other technical teams to deliver exceptional results./ppbKey Responsibilities/b/pulliAnalyze and resolve complex technical issues escalated by support teams within strict SLAs/liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement corrective action plans and local workarounds/liliProvide expert input on product and customer-specific functionality, configuration, and usage/liliDocument ticket resolutions and ensure timely communication with customers/liliMaintain accurate and up-to-date support documentation/liliPerform on-site administration, preventive maintenance, and system upgrades/liliEnsure seamless integration with IT infrastructure and backend components/liliConduct in-depth analysis and participate in integration workshops/liliCoach and mentor junior Customer Success Engineers/li/ulpbAbout You/b/ppWe're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
