This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to commercial success in the Latin America South region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a strategic partner for Sales and Marketing areas, driving commercial excellence through data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate closely with CRM (Salesforce), Sales Force Effectiveness, and Incentive Programs to optimize sales performance.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reports to evaluate sales force effectiveness.
  • Design and support commercial incentive programs, with achievement and financial impact calculations.
  • Provide analytical support to commercial leaders on efficiency analysis and territorial coverage planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or Business Administration.
  • Proven experience in Commercial Excellence, Market Intelligence, or Commercial Planning.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce (experience with CRM management is desirable).
  • Analytical skills and strategic vision, enabling transformation of data into actionable plans.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency; Spanish is an asset.
