We are seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Specialist to oversee the fulfillment of logistics requirements for a multi-site area within the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify opportunities to enhance productivity and improve operational and financial performance.
- Analyze data on large datasets to assess the performance of the logistics system and make informed decisions.
- Implement processes and procedures in line with the global logistics vision and strategy to achieve desired performance levels.
- Evaluate adherence to global logistics policies and procedures, provide training as needed, and promote best practices.
- Assess and communicate operational and financial performance, including variance analysis and root-cause analysis.
- Prepare and facilitate regular business reviews to showcase key metrics, such as spend, savings, and performance updates.
- Oversee transportation services and modes to ensure logistics expectations are met using data-driven insights.
