We are seeking an In-Store Artist who will provide an exceptional experience by inspiring our customers through artistic customization while working in-store and on the Sneaker Maker Tour.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver an in-store experience focused on customer satisfaction, ensuring an excellent and exciting shopping experience.
- Understand the brand and values to guarantee proper storytelling with customers.
- Communicate product knowledge and accurately describe items and customization options.
- Anticipate and cater to customer needs with empathy and high level of customized customer service.
- Co-create special and unique items through the LAB Experience.
- Stay informed and up-to-date on product information.
- Support team goals and maximize sales.
- Follow procedures, policies, and guidance for all activities, including co-creation.
- Travel to Sneaker Maker Tour events as needed.
- Act as a Sales Associate when not 'on tour' or co-creating (selling on the floor, pre and after sales activities, stockroom, client reach out).
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.
- An artistic skillset (painting, drawing, sketching, doodling).
- Self-motivated with positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
- Good customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong team player.
- Other languages a plus.
