Key Responsibilities:- Enhance data literacy across the organization by implementing robust analytical solutions.
- Harness structured and unstructured data using SQL and other programming languages to extract meaningful insights.
- Deliver in-depth data analysis and present results effectively.
- Communicate complex data stories to non-technical stakeholders.
- Design and develop predictive models, machine-learning algorithms, and ensemble modeling techniques.
- Develop innovative solutions to tackle business challenges.
- Collaborate with data product managers to design cutting-edge data products.
- At least 3 years of experience in data science, machine learning, AI, statistics, and related fields.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python/R programming languages.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-technical users.
- In-depth knowledge of probability and statistics, including experimental design, predictive modeling, optimization, and causal inference.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning techniques such as regression classification, clustering, neural networks, feature selection, cross-validation, and model explainability.
