Full Stack Developer Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects and collaborate with top talent.

The ideal candidate will have experience in technical end-to-end product ownership, meeting deadlines, and driving product development of the Records Management System (RMS) and related sub-products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive product development of the RMS and related sub-products, focusing on usability, quality, and features.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to understand requirements, create estimates, plan sprints, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop a clean, reusable client integration system following secure cloud software best practices.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and automate build and deployment processes to increase engineering efficiency.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in technical end-to-end product ownership and meeting deadlines.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Frontend Web Developer with React.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Back End Developer with Java.
  • High proficiency in Typescript.
  • Experience with contemporary frontend bundlers, package managers, and build tools.
  • Knowledge of or experience with microservices architecture.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience building software in the cloud.
  • AI-assisted development experience using tools like Windsurf, Cursor, or similar.
