Key Responsibilities- Sales and Promotion: Develop and execute strategies to promote Forestown's textile chemical products in Brazil, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential customer demands in Brazil, providing valuable insights to inform our market development strategies.
- Business Development: Participate in international and Brazilian exhibitions, industry events, and exchange activities to seek new business opportunities and enhance Forestown's visibility in the Brazilian market.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including business negotiations, contract signing, and coordination of pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales services.
- Reporting and Analysis: Regularly summarize sales performance, submit market analysis reports, and provide sales forecasts to inform business decisions.
- Additional Responsibilities: Complete other tasks assigned by superiors, including improving technical service support for customers in the local market.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in chemical engineering or dyeing and finishing.
- Language Skills: Fluent spoken English and excellent English communication skills.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in chemical and foreign trade work.
- Knowledge and Skills: Familiarity with basic knowledge of chemicals and international trade, good market development ability, interpersonal communication ability, and learning ability.
- Personal Qualities: Good sense of customer service, sense of responsibility, team spirit, and ability to adapt to business trips.
