Empowering professionals to drive meaningful change is at the heart of this role. As a key contributor, you will shape the delivery of Workday Time Tracking solutions that transform businesses and enhance lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams throughout the entire Workday implementation lifecycle
  • Configure and deploy advanced Workday Time Tracking and Absence capabilities
  • Mentor and advise clients in crafting tailored solutions that meet their unique needs
  • Support junior team members through coaching and knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate closely with clients to assess needs, manage expectations, and resolve complex issues
  • Effectively communicate complex concepts and solutions to stakeholders in workshops and demos
  • Contribute to process improvements and tool development within the practice
  • Support sales efforts, including estimating project delivery for work packages
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Time Tracking & Absence configuration
  • Deep understanding of core Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules
  • Excellent client focus and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong consulting abilities: workshop facilitation, presentation, and solution explanation
  • Proven ability to thrive under pressure and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines
  • Commercial acumen, with a keen understanding of project/business dynamics
  • Capacity to lead cross-functional teams independently
  • Experience working in or with Application Management Services (AMS)
Desirable Skills
  • Workday Time Tracking and Absence Certification
  • Previous experience in Application Management Services (AMS)
