Customer Success Professional

We are seeking a skilled CUSTOMER SUCCESS PROFESSIONAL to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Division, you will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Cycle Management:
- Receive and process customer requests
- Qualify customer needs and negotiate new contracts

Relationship Building:
- Establish strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Communicate effectively via phone calls and chat sessions

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales cycles from initial contact to closure
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop and implement effective workflows

Opportunities:
- Work as an independent contractor with flexibility in scheduling
- Participate in remote work logistics and contribute to team growth

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Relationship Management
- Advanced English language skills (mandatory)
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time (mandatory)
