Production Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team at Refal Industria E Comercio De Rebites E Rebitadeiras Ltda. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products, maintaining a safe and organized work environment, and contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.

• Production and Quality Control: Assist in the production of products, including assembly, inspection, and testing to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, track production schedules, and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks, identify and report any defects or issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with production team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve production goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvements, suggest new ideas, and contribute to the development of new products and processes.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in a related field preferred.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment; experience with quality control and inventory management a plus.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and teamwork skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic computer skills.
