In this pivotal role, you will need a deep understanding of customer needs. Through meticulous planning and tracking, ensure the success of transformation-driven projects. Be at the forefront, leading multiple intricate solution implementations, aiming for unmatched quality and customer satisfaction within prescribed time and budget. Operate within an inclusive team setting that thrives on collaboration and strong sense of belonging. Additionally, you'll participate in select pre-sale endeavors, encompassing demonstrations, solution design, technical exchanges, and proof-of-concept executions. Key responsibilities include engaging with senior stakeholders to provide insights for executive decision-making; leading projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation. As primary interface with customers and partners, key stakeholders, and business and technology teams, maintain a supportive relationship providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes between stakeholders and the project team. This may involve timely escalations to ensure the project is always on track as per plan. You will understand customer expectations, business needs, environment, and internal practices to steer the project toward customer success. Track deliverables and alert when timeline, quality, or budget of tasks is likely to be impacted, presenting a mitigation plan if needed. Monitor and report project progress, adapting scope, timelines, and costs as necessary to ensure adherence to project requirements.
