Responsibilities- Support recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives.
- Coordinate candidate communication and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with teams to drive business results and achieve strategic objectives.
- Must-haves: English proficiency; living in Florianópolis – SC; interest in head hunting, people operations, and administrative work; strong communication skills.
- Nice-to-haves: Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks; familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; experience in fast-paced environments or startups; international experience; undergraduate degree.
- Soft skills: Proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication.
