Strategic Enterprise Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Global Infrastructure and Networking Specialist to play a pivotal role in driving CommScope's growth and success. This is a remote role, with preference given to candidates who live on the East Coast. As a Global Account Manager at CommScope, you'll be at the forefront of driving our global infrastructure and networking specifications. Your role will be crucial in expanding revenue and profitability across all customer divisions and business units while fostering strong relationships with our most strategic accounts.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Implement CommScope's global infrastructure and networking specifications.
- Boost revenue by increasing profitability across all customer divisions and business units.
- Develop and execute customer-focused programs to enhance CommScope's value proposition.
- Pursue new business opportunities within assigned Global Accounts and acquire new Global Account logos.
- Maintain and strengthen connections with key stakeholders in large strategic accounts.
- Achieve global sales revenue targets.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or marketing.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated track record of building, developing and managing large, strategic global accounts.
- Familiarity with CommScope products is a plus.
What We Offer:
Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. The expected total compensation range (base and sales incentive plan) for this position is $176,600- $265,000
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company's Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two or three weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
