This role plays a critical part in the success of our organization, focusing on the development and implementation of comprehensive HR operations policies.
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that HR policies are consistently applied across all business units and are aligned with business goals and compliance requirements.
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of HR processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HR operations policies and SOPs.
- Ensure seamless execution of HR policies to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
- Design, document, and continuously improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR policies and procedures.

- A base salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per year.
